Temporary Suspension of DHL B2C Shipments to the U.S. Over USD 800

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding shipments to the United States via DHL as the courier service:

Starting April 21, 2025, DHL will temporarily suspend all business-to-consumer (B2C) shipments to private individuals in the United States for any orders with a declared customs value exceeding USD 800.

As such, for customers placing orders over USD 800 on our online store and selecting DHL as the courier, we recommend the following solutions to avoid delivery disruptions:

1. Enter a Registered Company Name
   Please ensure a valid company name is entered in both the “Buyer Information” and “Receiver Information” fields at checkout to qualify as a B2B shipment.
    
2. Select an Alternative Courier
   You may choose a different shipping provider available at checkout.
    
3. Split Your Orders
   Consider dividing your purchase into multiple orders, each with a value below USD 800, to comply with the updated shipping requirements.
