Warranty Policy

DediProg Technology Co., Ltd. grants all DediProg products for one year's warranty from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, the product is eligible for replacement or repair in case of a defect made by poor material or workmanship, DediProg will provide free repair service. Customers should send the product to DediProg at their own expense unless the product is defective once it arrives at the customer side. After repair or replacement, DediProg will send the product back to the customer at our own expense. For warranty service, please submit the RMA Form.

This warranty does not cover the following conditions:

1. Consumables and accessories including socket adaptors, cables, headers, test clips, etc.
2. Any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, accidents, and tampering. 
3. Failure of the Customer to properly follow the operating manual provided by DediProg.
