  1. Payment
    Visa, Master, JCB, wire transfer, and PayPal are accepted.
    PayPal only executes the order-taking operations. All the online credit card transactions and cash flows are integrated and secured by PayPal.

  2. Warranty Policy
    FREE One-year warranty for all DediProg products.
    The warranty starts from the date of purchase.
    Customers should send the product to DediProg at their own expense.
    DediProg covers the shipping fees (return and back) when the product is defective once it arrives at the customer side. Customers have to send it back to DediProg within 7 working days.
    After repair or replacement, DediProg will send the product back to the customer for free. For warranty service please contact us via an RMA form.

    The warranty does not cover the following conditions:
    1. Consumables and accessories such as socket adaptors, cables, headers, test clips, etc.
    2. Any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, accidents, and tampering.
    3. Failure of Customer to properly follow the operating manual provided by DediProg.
       
  3. Shipping
    The shipment will be arranged via DHL. If you prefer to use your own shipping forwarder, please provide your shipping instructions (Shipping Carrier and Account Number).
     
  4. Purchase
    Click “Add to cart “on any item that you wish to buy. Your items will be added to the shopping cart at the top of the right side of the page.
    After you have all of the items that you wish to purchase. Click the shopping cart button at the top of the right side of the page. You will see the shopping list on the next page.
    Fill in the “Discount code” if you have one.
    Choose “Estimative shipping fee” and click “Next” to get the total amount on the next page.
    Double-check your shopping list and click “Next” or click “Previous” to return to the previous page.
    Fill in the buyer information. If the receiver is not the same as the buyer, please check the checkbox below to fill in the receiver information and click “Submit“.
    Choose your payment request.
    Once the order is confirmed, DediProg will send an automated Online Order Confirmation by email.
    If the goods are stock available, DediProg will ship out the goods via DHL within 4 working days. Customer will receive their order within 3 days if there’s no customs clearance delay.
    If you received your product that was purchased from Dediprog and believe that it is DOA (Dead on Arrival), please contact sales@dediprog.com
    Your placement of an order means that you have accepted all of the terms and conditions.
     
  5. Price
    All products are ex-works price.
    Buyers have to cover the taxes, shipping fee, and Tariff.
