1. Versatile Compatibility for IC Packages and I/O Specifications
   Supports a broad range of IC package types, including BGA, LQFP, QFN, SOP, CSP, and more. It accommodates tape widths from 8mm to 44mm, 14mm depth carrier tape, and handles input reels up to 22" (550mm) and output reels up to 13" (330mm), making it ideal for various taping needs.
    
2. Seamless Integration into Production Lines
   Features an automated taping system with RS-232 and IO interfaces, allowing easy communication with DediProg’s Automated Programming Systems or third-party systems.
    
3. Reliable and Precise Taping
   With mechanical accuracy of +/- 0.04 mm, the system is equipped with multiple sensors to detect conditions such as empty pockets and floating chips, ensuring consistent and precise taping operations.
    
4. Enhanced Design for Stability
   The upgraded design improves stability during tape processing, with protective covers added to prevent heat burns, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and dust. This ensures consistent reliability and optimal performance in high-standard production environments.
    
5. Customizable Options
   Supports optional features such as IC marking and 2D AOI inspection systems to meet specific production requirements.
